Processing Time 

Most orders ship in 1 business day. Yes, you read that right – we are super fast! Business days are M-F, excluding national holidays.

Shipping

USA – Flat rate $5, free shipping on orders over $35.

Everywhere Else – $15 flat rate shipping on orders over $100.  We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Some countries charge customs and duties so be mindful of that before you make a purchase.  We are unable to tell you in advance whether your government will charge you and how much they will charge you so check with your local city and government first if this is a concern.

Worried about your product getting damaged during transit? Purchase the Route insurance at check out for peace of mind.  They will take care of any unforeseen damages, theft, or lost package.

Return Policy

Since our gel wraps are considered a beauty and cosmetic product, for health reasons there are no returns or exchanges. Look for our IRL photos and videos so you can see patterns in detail as we don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind on a design.

Our Inventory

We are official licensed retailers of Ohora, Zinipin, Gelato Factory, EdgeU, and UUUUU gel nail brands.   All our inventory goes through a rigorous Quality Inspection process.  We check for inventory “freshness,”, adhesive strength, and color consistency.  We do our best to keep our shelves stocked only of the best items, items that we would purchase ourselves.  On occasion something non-ideal slips through the cracks and makes it on to our shelves.  We’re not perfect but we will be accountable for any imperfection that slipped through the cracks.   Please see section on Defects below.


Defects or Pop-Offs Due to Aged-Out Inventory

Don’t worry, we’re here to help.  Receiving defective product or spending your precious time on a manicure only to have it pop off too soon really stinks.  As fellow gel nail enthusiasts, we completely feel you and have experienced some of that ourselves.  We love our vendors, but we love our customers even more so know that we are completely on your side.  Together we will get down to the bottom of it.  We’ll be your personal investigator and if we confirm through testing that you received a defective batch, we will refund you that item or ship you a new box once we get one that we are certain is perfect.  So please chat with us, we’re only an email away: help@gellydrops.com
