GellyDrops’ Laser Rainbow Cat Eyes gel is great with or without the magnet effect! Without the magnet, it gives a soft super fine rainbow glitter effect. You can layer it on top of any semi-cured gel nail color to convert it into a Cat Eye. Cure cat eyes gel for about 3 minutes under a 6 watt lamp or 2 minutes under a 48 w lamp. Top off cat eye with our Super Shiny Top coat to seal design in place. You must use top coat to finish because cat eye will be sticky

Apply one coat and cure under UV lamp. Apply 2nd coat and use magnet to create desired design and cure under UV lamp. Finish off with top coat and cure with UV lamp. Laser Cat Eye gel will remain sticky even after cured. You must apply top coat so that it is not sticky.
