Apply over cured base gel coat or color gel coat. Cure under UV lamp for 2 – 3 minutes. Finish off with top coat and cure with UV lamp. MUST finish off with top coat because the Holo Kaleidescope is NOT a top gel so surface will be sticky even after it is cured. You need top coat to make it smooth.
